| The “SPEED
LIVES” DVD was filmed and edited at the Metal Method video sound stage and
editing suite in Los Angeles. Michael has taken his song “No
Boundaries” and divided it into 27 different parts to give you the
ultimate lesson on chops and speed while learning one of Michael’s classic
guitar instrumentals. The TAB is in a midi file, printed and on screen. What
makes this DVD so great too is the close up of Michael’s incredible
picking hand. You get a great view, up close of how he picks every note and
phrase.This is an incredible concept from the man who keeps on inventing new
ways to not only play the guitar but to teach it as well. |

- STOLEN IN EL PASO, TEXAS.
- NOVEMBER 2004 - TWO NECKS TURN UP IN THE
UK
Burton-on-Trent - November 2004 and Michael Angelo is
in the UK to do one of his amazing Workshops - out of the blue a normal looking
Guitar case walks into the building. A young man called Simon
introduces himself and says I have something which might interest you.
Simon open the case and Michael goes into shock - There in front of
him was two of the four necks and the back plate from his Quad Guitar stolen in
Texas many years ago.
It turns out that Simon purchase a Guitar and had
it shipped from Texas, but when it arrived he new this was something special. A
quick search of the Internet and Simon soon found out that this was a part of a
Stolen Guitar belonging to Michael. Further investigation and Simon
discovered that Michael was going to be in the UK very soon. So without saying
anything to anyone Simon travelled all the way from Cornwall to Burton-on-Trent
to re-unit Michael with his Guitar. Michael never expected to see
his famous Guitar again especially not in the United Kingdom.
Michael was thrilled and thanked Simon for all his hard work - a few beers
changed hands........... |

Biography |
1. Guitar One magazine voted Michael the no. 1 Shredder
of ALL TIME in their April 2003 issue.
2. Michael started playing piano
and composing at age 5 and started playing guitar at age 10.
3. Michael
has had 2 major label record deals. Atlantic Records with the band "Holland"
and Rhino/Warner Brothers Records with the band "Nitro".
4. Michael has
recorded, filmed- MTV videos, Movies, TV commercials, Radio commercials and
Industrial films.
5. Michael has performed over 1,200 shows in 30
different countries since 1993. He has toured the world performing guitar
workshops, touring with various bands and as a solo artist. The 30 countries he
has toured in are: U.S.A (over 40 states including Alaska), ENGLAND (28 times
since '93), SCOTLAND, IRELAND, WALES, BELGIUM, HOLLAND, SPAIN, ITALY, PORTUGAL,
GERMANY, AUSTRIA, FINLAND, DENMARK, SWITZERLAND, LITHUANIA, CANADA, MEXICO,
AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, RUSSIA, TURKEY, JAPAN, mainland CHINA (2 times), (The)
PHILIPPINES, MALAYSIA, EL SALVADOR, TAIWAN, HONG KONG and SINGAPORE.

Michael released the instructional DVD "Speed Kills" in spring 2003. It is
available through M.A.C.E. Music.
7. Michael invented and was the
world's first player of the twin-necked, left and right-handed Double-Guitar.
He plays the guitar right or left-handed. He also plays both guitars together
in harmonies or two separate parts together at the same time. Michael also
invented the String Dampeners that he uses on the guitar.
8. Michael
signed an exclusive, multi year artist endorsement agreement with Dean Guitars
in 2003. He is scheduled to perform a minimum of 60 guitar clinics for them
this year.
9. Michael performed the National Anthem at The Staples
Center in Los Angeles on Monday March 11th, 2002. This was the 6 month
anniversary of the 9-11 attack on the USA. Michael performed for a sold out
crowd of over 18,000 people for the L.A. Kings vs. the Chicago Blackhawks NHL
game. It was televised on the Fox network all over the US. Michael played a
great original version of The Star Spangled Banner flawlessly and with
heartfelt emotion. Even the announcers from Fox commented on how great his
rendition was.
10. Michael toured in Europe with the late, legendary
Jimi Hendrix Bass player Noel Redding in 1999.
11. Michael toured the
Far East with stops in Hong Kong and Taipei, Taiwan in winter 2002.
12.
Michael performed on 7 different CD s and released his 3rd instructional video
in 1998 called "Jam with Angelo". Four of the CD s were released on M.A.C.E.
Music, Inc. records, one was recorded with Jim Peterik (Survivor) and the other
two were guest appearances on other guitarist's records. He also performed 109
shows (9 different countries) in 1998. One of the 7 discs was Michael's 3rd
solo CD.
13. Michael performed 217 shows in 1997 in 16 different
countries.
14. Michael co-wrote the song "Freight Train" in the band
"Nitro" and it is featured in the Hulk Hogan movie: Suburban Commando's.
15. June 1995, Michael's first solo CD "No Boundaries" is released
worldwide on M.A.C.E. Music, Inc. Records. This CD is considered by many to be
one of the best progressive rock guitar instrumental CDs ever recorded.
16. Michael is an "in demand" session guitarist. He has done TV, radio
and industrial film music for: Burger King, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, KFC, United
Airlines, United Way, McDonalds and the Chicago Wolves hockey team among
others.
17. Michael starred in the made for cable movie "Shock'em
Dead". The movie played on Showtime, Cinemax, The Movie Channel and
Pay-Per-View.
18. The band "Nitro" (with Michael on guitar) released
the disc "O.F.R." on Rhino/Capital records. Michael produced the record and it
"hit" the Billboard charts. "Nitro" made 3 MTV video's, hosted MTV's
"Headbangers Ball" (where Michael played live) and toured to sold-out shows
everywhere.
19. Michael has a no.1, best-selling "Star-Licks"
instructional video. Over 100,000 videos have been sold worldwide. This video
was Star Licks no.1 bestseller for 2 years straight!
20. The band
"Holland" (with Michael as guitarist) on Atlantic records toured with Aerosmith
playing stadiums averaging over 20,000 people per show.
21. Michael is
from Chicago and has a B.A. in Music Theory and Composition from Northeastern
Illinois University.
22. At 14 he was playing Jazz and by 16 won an
award for outstanding Jazz soloist on guitar.
